Welcome to the YBG website, please have a look around and read a little more about what we do.
The Young Business Group is all about making connections. Formed more than forty years ago by the Chamber of Commerce, our primary aim has always been to allow the younger members of Guernsey’s business community to meet and network in an informal setting.
YBG meets on a monthly basis, holding a lunch club which provides members an opportunity to chat informally over a meal followed by an opportunity to listen to a topical speaker.
In addition to the regular monthly lunch clubs, YBG gets involved in a number of other activities focused around business, community and socialising. From the biennial ball, through administering the Bill Green Award for Entrepreneurial Spirit, to the support which the group provides every year for the put up of the Christmas Lights in St Peter Port.
