Déne Reardon (Director & President)
Déne is a Chartered Accountant and Audit Director at BDO Limited. As lead in the Commercial Sector, she works closely with the tax and business advisory teams in BDO to create value from the audit process for clients.
Déne spends any spare time enjoying the company of her husband and lively four year old, including friends and family at any opportunity.

Vikki Freeman (Director & Vice-President)
Vikki is a designer at Catherine Best. After finishing a degree in Silversmith, Goldsmithing and Jewellery she returned to Guernsey her home island to work alongside her Mum, Catherine, to come up with new innovative jewellery designs. In her spare time she enjoys practising yoga, walking the dog and spending time with friends and family.

Josh Payne (Treasurer)
Josh is a Chartered Accountant and a Manager at BDO. He has experience in audit, accounting and financial reporting and has a varied portfolio of clients across sectors across the Channel Islands, U.K and further afield. Graduating from Cardiff University in 2010, Josh moved to Guernsey in 2014 and joined YBG shortly after.
Josh enjoys all forms of sport, socialising with friends and travelling the world.

Nicki Harrison (Membership Secretary)
Nicki works as a home-based travel agent running her own business as a Travel Counsellor under the Travel Counsellors franchise. She began in travel in 2007 and started her business on the 10th June 2017. She holds a City & Guilds Travel and Tourism certification among other travel qualifications. As a Travel Counsellor she can arrange short & long haul, cruising and tailormade travel around the world.
In her free time she enjoys dancing (ballroom, latin and Zumba), travelling, socialising and spending time with friends, family and her horse and family dog.

Sarah Allisette (Social Secretary)
Sarah is a marketing professional with advertising and public relations qualifications. Sarah previously worked for Locate Guernsey, a government agency created to promote Guernsey as the perfect relocation destination for HNWI and businesses. Sarah joined YBG in 2013 and as Social Secretary organises all of our events. Sarah is a self-confessed foodie and always in the know of the best place to eat!

Jamie Bougourd (Company Secretary)
Jamie is a Document Manager at HSBC. Jamie has a wide variety of work experiences and used those experiences to train a number of skills. Learning so many roles has required patience and a level head, both of which are a requirement for problem solving.
Stephen Rouxel (Director & Past President)
Stephen is Executive Director and Head of Business at HSBC Management (Guernsey). Stephen previously worked for State Street, Butterfield Fulcrum Group, RBS Trustee and Depository and as a Client Relationship Manager for Anson Fund Managers Limited.
Stephen is married with two children and, in his spare time, enjoys acting with the both GADOC and Guernsey Youth Theatre, reading and helping with YBG.
Lindsey Dean (Director & Past President)
Lindsey is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is an Audit Manager at Saffery Champness. She has developed her own client portfolio covering various types of companies, provides accounting support in house and manages the Practical Experience Requirement Scheme for trainees within the firm. After obtaining an honours degree in Accounting and Finance from her hometown in Brighton, she moved to Guernsey in 2003.
Matt Stanbury (Director)
Matt is a manager in the actuarial pensions team at BWCI, the largest firm of actuaries and consultants in the Channel Islands who specialise in corporate pension arrangements. He is a qualified actuary having become a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in 2012 and advises local and international clients on a range of employee benefits issues.
Unusually for an actuary, Matt is a modern languages graduate having graduated from the University of Bath in 2003. In his spare time Matt enjoys spending time with his young family.
Andrea Harris (Council Member)
Andrea is a Senior Manager at KRyS Global, a boutique firm of forensic accountants and insolvency practitioners. Andrea joined KRyS Global’s Cayman Islands office in 2010 and relocated to Guernsey in 2012 to commence the firm’s operations in the Channel Islands. Andrea is a Fellow of INSOL International, Chartered Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner, and enjoys the challenges of finding creative solutions for clients. Andrea loves to travel and is enjoying the opportunity to explore Europe.
Russell Meakin (Council Member)
Russell runs a social media and event company in Guernsey, with clients in Ibiza, UK and Malta. The company, IBZ.TV ltd. runs the biggest Ibiza website in the world http://myibiza.tv as well as the local version http://myguernsey.tv. IBZ.TV won the 2014 Bill Green Award which is when Russell joined YBG. He joined council in 2016 and is now responsible for the YBG website.
Nicole Bromley (Council Member)
Nicole is the Client Relations Manager at thebestof Guernsey responsible for ensuring their members are getting the best of their membership, social media management and training, newsletters and coordinating their ‘Guernsey Means Business’ events. Having previously worked at Guernsey Chamber of Commerce as Head of Client Services, Nicole has a good understanding of YBG and hopes to bring her experience with the Chamber to the YBG Council.
Nicole is responsible for YBG’s social media prescence and is keen to help develop YBG in the future.
Robbie Le Messurier (Council Member)
Robbie is the Operations Executive for Locate Guernsey, the States of Guernsey’s dedicated inward investment team encouraging and facilitating the relocation of businesses and individuals to Guernsey. Robbie joined the States of Guernsey in 2013 after completing his history degree at York University.
He is keen on taking advantage of everything Guernsey has to offer and can be found either playing volleyball (beach or otherwise), running or dancing.
Ben Saul (Council Member)
Ben is an Investment Analysist for Asset Risk Consultant, an investment consultancy firm offering consultancy services, manager research and performance reporting to private clients, charities, family offices, professional trustees and their trusted advisers. In particular his work focus is on the development and expansion of the Suggestus investment research platform.
Ben returned to Guernsey following the completion of a degree in Civil Engineering, and he joined YBG in 2014 before becoming a council member in 2016.
Louise Le Pelley (Council Member)
Louise is a Marketing & Research Analyst at Island Global Research. She has experience in market research projects across the Crown Dependencies as well as consumer marketing and communications.
Louise holds a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages and is currently studying for the CIM Certificate in Professional Marketing.
