Steve Rouxel (Director & President)
Stephen is a Manager for State Street. Stephen previously worked for Butterfield Fulcrum Group in 2008 and before that a Project Manager for RBS Trustee and Depository and as a Client Relationship Manager for Anson Fund Managers Limited. Stephen joined YBG in 2008, was elected to council in 2009 and became Company Secretary in 2012. Stephen is married with two children and, in his spare time, enjoys acting with the both GADOC and Guernsey Youth Theatre, reading and helping with YBG.

Déne Reardon (Director & Vice-President)
Déne is a Chartered Accountant and Audit Director at BDO Limited, one of the largest independent firms of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers in Guernsey. She has extensive experience in both audit and financial reporting and is responsible for a varied portfolio of clients in property, construction and retail sectors.
Matt Stanbury (Director & Treasurer)
Matt is a manager in the actuarial pensions team at BWCI, the largest firm of actuaries and consultants in the Channel Islands who specialise in corporate pension arrangements. He is a qualified actuary having become a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in 2012 and advises local and international clients on a range of employee benefits issues.
Unusually for an actuary, Matt is a modern languages graduate having graduated from the University of Bath in 2003.
In his spare time Matt enjoys spending time with his young family.
Vikki Freeman (Membership Secretary)
Vikki is a designer at Catherine Best. After finishing a degree in Silversmith, Goldsmithing and Jewellery she returned to Guernsey her home island to work alongside her Mum, Catherine, to come up with new innovative jewellery designs. In her spare time she enjoys practising yoga, walking the dog and spending time with friends and family.

Sarah Allisette (Social Secretary)
Sarah is an Executive Assistant at Locate Guernsey. A government agency created to promote Guernsey as the perfect relocation destination for HNWI and businesses. Sarah previously worked for The Potting Shed, an award winning Advertising & Marketing Company and before that was a Deputy Manager for White Stuff. Sarah joined YBG in 2013 and has been on the council since 2014. Her role on council is our Social Secretary, organising all our events from April 2017 and Sarah has managed the YBG Facebook page since joining council in 2014. Sarah is a self-confessed foodie and always in the know of the best place to eat!

Fay Warrilow (Company Secretary)
After nearly a decade working as a freelance researcher and writer specialising in global political and social issues, Fay decided to train as a lawyer and is currently halfway through the barristers’ professional training course. She works in Carey Olsen’s litigation department, in areas including civil and commercial litigation and employment. In her spare time, Fay plays ukulele in a local band and very occasionally goes to the gym.
Lindsey Dean (Director & Former President)
Lindsey is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is an Audit Manager at Saffery Champness. She has developed her own client portfolio covering various types of companies, provides accounting support in house and manages the Practical Experience Requirement Scheme for trainees within the firm. After obtaining an honours degree in Accounting and Finance from her hometown in Brighton, she permanently moved to Guernsey in 2003.
Lindsey became a YBG member in 2010.

Andrea Harris (Council Member)
Andrea is a Senior Manager at KRyS Global, a boutique firm of forensic accountants and insolvency practitioners. Andrea joined KRyS Global’s Cayman Islands office in 2010 and relocated to Guernsey in 2012 to commence the firm’s operations in the Channel Islands. Andrea is a Fellow of INSOL International, Chartered Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner, and enjoys the challenges of finding creative solutions for clients. Andrea loves to travel and is enjoying the opportunity to explore Europe.
Russell Meakin (Council Member)
Russell runs a social media and event company in Guernsey, with clients in Ibiza, UK and Malta. The company, IBZ.TV ltd. runs the biggest Ibiza website in the world http://myibiza.tv as well as the local version http://myguernsey.tv. IBZ.TV won the 2014 Bill Green Award which is when Russell joined YBG. He joined council in 2016 and is now responsible for the YBG website.
Josh Payne (Council Member)
Josh is a Chartered Accountant and Assistant Manager for BDO Limited. He has experience in audit, accounting and financial reporting and has a varied portfolio of clients across sectors across the Channel Islands, U.K and further afield. Graduating from Cardiff University in 2010, Josh moved to Guernsey in 2014 and joined YBG shortly after. Josh enjoys all forms of sport, socialising with friends and travelling the world. Josh also is a Commissioner for the Guernsey Arts Commission.
Nicole Bromley (Council Member)
Nicole is the Client Relations Manager at thebestof Guernsey responsible for ensuring their members are getting the best of their membership, social media management and training, newsletters and coordinating their ‘Guernsey Means Business’ events. Having previously worked at Guernsey Chamber of Commerce as Head of Client Services, Nicole has a good understanding of YBG and hopes to bring her experience with the Chamber to the YBG Council. Nicole is responsible for YBG’s Twitter account and is keen to help develop YBG in the future.
Robbie Le Messurier (Council Member)
Robbie is the Operations Executive for Locate Guernsey, the States of Guernsey’s dedicated inward investment team encouraging and facilitating the relocation of businesses and individuals to Guernsey. Robbie joined the States of Guernsey in 2013 after completing his history degree at York University. He is keen on taking advantage of everything Guernsey has to offer and can be found either playing volleyball (beach or otherwise), running or dancing.
Ben Saul (Council Member)
Ben is an Investment Analysist for Asset Risk Consultant, an investment consultancy firm offering consultancy services, manager research and performance reporting to private clients, charities, family offices, professional trustees and their trusted advisers. In particular his work focus is on the development and expansion of the Suggestus investment research platform. Ben returned to Guernsey following the completion of a degree in Civil Engineering, and he joined YBG in 2014 before becoming a council member in 2016.
