What is your current job and how long have you been doing it for?

I am the Marketing & Digital Manager at Collas Crill. I have been in the Business Development & Marketing team for 3 years now.

What does a typical day at the office look like for you?

A lot of my day involves updating the website and continuing to evolve it, the planning and implementation of events, internally and externally and reporting on departmental activity. I work across the firm’s six jurisdictions (Guernsey, Jersey, Cayman, BVI, Singapore and London) so no day is the same.

If you weren’t doing your current job what would you like to do?

I really enjoy what I do and I can’t imagine doing anything else however, if I had to pick something, I think I would like to train as a nurse as I enjoy helping people.

What was your first job?

I worked at the Guernsey Yacht Club as a waitress whilst I was at school. It was a great job, particularly in the summer. My first real job was in the conveyancing team, also at Collas Crill.

How long have you been involved in YBG and what have you got out of being a member?

I only joined in January but have already met some great people at the networking events and have really enjoyed the guest speakers.

What is your favourite thing to do in Guernsey?

I love being out on the sea so in the summer you will most likely find me on a beach or out on the water stand up paddle boarding.

Which three people would you have at your dinner table and why?

1. James Corden – who doesn’t love his carpool karaoke?! I’m sure he would be great fun to have around the dinner table.
2. Ed Sheeran – he is my all time favourite singer. It would be great to hear him live.
3. Belinda Jones – a fantastic author, I would love to hear her travel stories in person.
